Motza is a tiny village in the hills about 5 miles west of Jerusalem overlooking magnificent terraced hills. Our home and A Quiet Corner of Motza is a few minutes away from hiking paths that meander through the woods all the way to Ein Karem.

A Quiet Corner of Motza – Facilities

We offer an extremely comfortable, fully equipped, large (36 sq. meters, about 390 sq. ft.) studio apartment in a quiet corner of the village, with a private courtyard.


The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple.


The apartment has air conditioning and central heating, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, large toaster oven, dish washer.


In additional to a double bed and couch, a dining table, the main room has a spacious study area with WiFi, a TV and DVD, and a CD player, a good collection of music and movies, and a small library.


We provide all the ingredients for a delicious, hearty, and healthy breakfast: organic vegetables and eggs, whole wheat bread, home-made jam from our own fruit trees, a selection of goat-milk and other cheeses, organic honey, olives and olive oil from the local villages, and other seasonal delights.


Included in the rental are cleaning costs, linens and towel changes every 4 days.


Near to A Quiet Corner of Motza

A mall with everything you might need is a few minutes away in Mevasaret Zion. Excellent local restaurants serving Arab and Mediterranean dishes are just down the highway in the village of Abu Gosh.


Motza is a short drive to all the historical and religious sites of Jerusalem, a direct road to Hadassah Hospital, and the village of Ein Kerem with its galleries and restaurants.
